*Spelt Puffs (20%) OR Gluten Free *Fibre Flakes - (*in monthly rotation).

5. HONEY - B

Chestnut & Black Forest (mix 50/50 – drizzled over the wholgrain crunch).

6. LIQUID - B

Additional plant-based milk of the day (20% of total liquid).
